Due to their porous nature compared to poured concrete walls, we recommend installing a vapor barrier for homes with standing block walls. Floating Slabs
Homes with floating slabs, identified by having half a block on top of the slab, benefit from our subfloor drainage system. We carefully cut out concrete approximately 8 inches from the foundation wall. The subfloor system comes with a 10-year warranty, and we offer a lifetime warranty for those who opt for our service agreement. This agreement includes annual checks to ensure the system remains clear of debris and dirt, maintaining optimal performance.
